dell_1191.jpg (33465 bytes) Dell issue #1191: Published by Gomalco in September 1961. Cover is a color photo of Wally sitting in a gray chair, leaning over the edge, looking at Beaver sitting on the floor, leaning on the edge of the gray chair sharing a bottle of Coke. Beaver has two straws in his mouth (and in the bottle), yet poor Wally only has one. The caption on the front is "Beaver offers to help with the housework, but the results are house wrecking!" Inside, there is a heads only shot of both (in B&W), and there are several stories: "Mother's Helpers", "The Bully", "Foul Ball", "The Problem Pet", "Wally's Girl", and on the inside of the back cover, "The Prize" and on the back cover, "Out of Breath"..
Dell issue #1285: Published by Gomalco in Feb-Apr 1962. It features a color photo of Beaver and Ward. Beaver is wearing boxing gloves and Ward is slightly hunched over the Beav, helping him to aim his punch. The caption on the front is "Beaver's plans to discourage a romancing female are upset up a mix-up in the mails!" The inside front cover features a posed shot of the Beaver. He's resting one arm on the back of chair (it appears), with the other arm and hand 'supporting' his head. He's wearing a shirt sleeved shirt. There are several stories here, "Be My Valentine", "Blind Date", "The Basket", "The Returning Boomerang", "Junk", "Homework", and on the back inside cover, "The Female Mail" and on the back cover, "The Car Wash"
